I am deeply impacted by Jewish teachings and practice, community organizing, and movements.

The works of adrienne maree brown, Jenny Odell, and The On Being Project, among others, have shaped my work and my life. The following values are cornerstones that I ground into and build from:

• We are all connected. Everything happens through relationships – with ourselves, other beings, divinity, and independent and collective experiences.

• What you pay attention to grows. How you pay attention matters.

• Creativity and expression unlock the world to come.

• We make sense of the world through meaning-making frameworks.

• Patterns can get us to what is next. What happens in one interaction happens at all scales. When we shift one interaction, the impact ripples.

• Inner work and grounded presence allow us to align our values and practices.
